I make artworks that are strongly grounded by material enquiry, the physicality of objects, how they occupy a space and their relationship to one another. My work is not limited to specific mediums but is process led and its outcome is determined by the aesthetic and conceptual concerns within it. My practice to date has involved sculpture, performance art, collaborative practice, film and durational work. Materials have included live bees, honey, butter, lead, concrete, taxidermy and animal skins. The work is often performative in nature or has a ‘live’ element.
